Marry Me Chicken (AKA Tuscan chicken) recipes are all over social media right now. It’s chicken in a creamy sauce consisting of garlic, parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach.

I took those flavors and turned them into a creamy, comforting, easy-to-make soup.

My goodness!!!! This soup is REALLY GOOD!!!! It’s not hard to make either. This soup compares to my mother in laws clam chowder which is also made with milk and tomatoes. THANK YOU for this recipe. I’ll be making some more.

This recipe is fantastic. I used Costco pre-shredded rotisserie chicken and used 2% milk instead of Vitamin D. Delicious and great for meal prep.

Really good recipe! I made it yesterday.
My only suggestion would be to cut the amount of pasta in half. 4 oz would be plenty if you want it to look like soup.
It started out looking fine, but then my pasta sucked up too much of the liquid as it sat. Beware and give it plenty of time to sit before thinking that you didn’t add enough pasta. I took the lid off the pot after it cooled and it looked like pasta-roni! But still super tasty. I will add a little more broth and/or milk before it’s leftover time.

Only thing I would change, after making this recipe is I wouldnโ€™t put the Parmesan into the soup. Iโ€™d sprinkle it on the top of each bowl. The Parmesan when added to the pot of soup, melted and stuck to the bottom of the pot. However, this recipe was a huge hit with my family.

This recipe is one of the best soups I’ve ever made. It’s absolutely delicious. I didnt have sun dried tomatoes but I added a small jar of bruschetta and 1/2 cup red pesto. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup was delicious. I made it for dinner tonight. It was so easy and I had most of the ingredients already in the pantry. I added a little heavy cream just maybe a 1/3 cup to thicken the broth up a little more. Other than that followed your directions to a tee and it turned out perfect! Thanks for sharing!

I’ve made this soup a few times already and love it. And if i had a little chunk of parmesan I would drop it in the soup instead of the shredded cheese. So,
I add it into our bowls after serving instead of adding it in pot. Otherwise this is a perfect recipe. We love love love it!!! I also love the noodles, so I add an extra 2oz. of vermicelli to it.

I made this soup because my friend raved about it. I followed the directions to a T but when I put the milk in it curdled. Any ideas why? It still tasted good but didnโ€™t look as pretty as your picture.

I love to make soup. Very seldom do I try a new recipe where I don’t have to adjust to add more flavor. I made this recipe exactly as is. It was so flavorful. Thank you for the recipe. Will be making this again and again.

I truly this recipe last night and it was very good! I’m always looking for something new to try and this was perfect. It didn’t take long to prepare. The ingredients were not hard to find and my mother loved it. I used the little circle pasta and it was just perfect! The only thing I changed was instead of the two cups of whole milk I used 1and a half cup of whole milk and a half cup of heavy cream. It was smooth and so tasty. Definitely a favorite and will make it again. You can’t go wrong with this recipe ๐Ÿ˜‹

  10. Can you substitute the whole milk for heavy whipping cream or other dairy if you donโ€™t have whole milk ?

  11. I’ve don’t like sun-dried tomatoes. How will it affect the soup if I leave them out? Would subbing with canned tomatoes hurt the flavor? Thanks

We don’t really love them either, but if you chop them up small enough, it’s worth the cost/labor. They really do add a LOT of flavor to the dish.

Easy and delicious. Sun dried tomatoes are definitely worthwhile. I buy mine from Trader Joeโ€™s. Costco also has them.
